1) How do I order?
You can order on our website, we accept all major credit cards and e-checks or you can call us to place your order over the phone.

A) I didn't get a receipt for my order?
If you didn't receive a receipt for your purchase it is very likely your order didn't go through or you entered an incorrect email address when ordering. We can call you to walk you through the order process or you can try again on our website.

2) How can you sell these so cheap?
We are factory direct. We have a low overhead and pass the savings on to the customer.

3) Are these Brand New Units?
Yes, all items we sell are Brand New in Box, never used unless otherwise noted. We do offer Demo Models from time to time.

4) How does the warranty work?
When you purchase your new item you will get a warranty. Should you have any problems with your item in the up to 5 years of owning it we will have you return to us for repair or replacement. Warranty doesn't cover neglect so please be sure to keep cleaned.

5) How long does it take to get my order once I pay?
We try to ship all orders within 3 business days however delays can and do happen from time to time. Most orders will arrive to the customer within 1-2 weeks.

7) How do you ship?
We ship all orders ( Except Ozone Plates ) Ups Ground unless you live in AK, HI or Canada ( We ship U.S. Mail to these areas ).

8) Will I get an email with tracking details?
Yes, Ups will send you a tracking email for your shipment once we have processed and shipped your order. Please be sure to give us a current and correct email address when ordering so you will receive this Ups Tracking email.

9) Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we can discount price for larger orders, email or call us for more details and to learn how you can save even more money.
